ASSesSMENT FAQS

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT TESTING.

WhAT KIND OF TESTING DO YOU OFFER?

I utilize psychological assessments to assist with identifying and/or clarifying diagnoses, treatment planning, and to help you better understand your symptoms and yourself. Specifically, I offer psychodiagnostic testing for individuals facing new or exacerbated mental health symptoms including anxiety and mood concerns, trauma, severe mental illness, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

In my assessments, I work to identify your areas of strength, as well as target areas for growth, and I provide evidence-based treatment recommendations to guide your care. If needed, I will work with your treatment team (e.g., psychiatrist, therapist, other health providers) to provide collaborative care to ensure you get access to the most appropriate care. To learn more about the testing process, including answers to commonly asked questions, read on below. You may also contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your interest in an assessment.

WHAT IS YOUR Hourly RATE for testing?

My hourly rate for testing is $350 an hour. Please review the above FAQs to get an idea of how much time will be required for the assessment you are seeking.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE FOR ASSESSMENTS?

Unfortunately, it is very uncommon that insurance will not pay for testing, thus I do not accept insurance and I am private pay. If you want to attempt to claim out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a Superbill for services rendered that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement, however there is no guarantee for reimbursement.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Currently, all my testing services are virtual only. However, I plan to begin offering in-person services sometime in 2024 in or around Mill Valley, CA.
