WOMEN’S ISSUES

I specialize in working with women in various life stages. Whether you are in a relationship or single, a mother to one or many, childless by choice, or experiencing psychological distress due to a physical issue (e.g., perimenopause or other hormonal challenges), we can work together to help you better understand your specific challenges and develop a plan to help you manage the load. This might include learning skills to communicate more assertively, setting healthy boundaries, developing emotional regulation and distress tolerance skills, managing work/life balance, and coping with parenting challenges, including parenting with ADHD or other neurodivergence.

I frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My approach is warm, supportive, solution focused, and grounded in feminist, and multicultural theories.
